At the moment the harvest season is coming, many farmers are also preparing to purchase loaders for food collection, drying and transportation. For the unloading height, it is generally required to reach 4.2m or 4.5m, or even a higher distance, so the arm type loader and the extension arm type loader are used. However, it is well known that the arm type loader and the extension arm loader currently have many disadvantages: the rated load is small, and can only be satisfied to a specific working condition, the body is long, the space is large, the safety is lowered, and the work efficiency is low.
In order to meet the market demand, the R&D department boldly proposed a new design plan: the development and design of the secondary high-removal. First, the secondary high dump consists of two parts: the bucket and the bracket. A cylinder is installed between the bracket and the bucket. Secondly, when the unloading is formed, the unloading can be completed once, the working height of the unloading height is met, and the secondary unloading can be completed to meet the high unloading height.
This high unloading bucket has four advantages: it has “two gears”; the unloading height, the high-level position, the unloading height is greatly improved; under the low gear position, it can meet the needs of heavy objects unloading conditions such as construction and engineering, and the application range is broader. The rated load is large, the working efficiency is greatly improved; the turning radius is small, the space is small, and the operation is more flexible.
Through this product design, not only the appearance quality of the product is improved, but also the economic benefit of the product is improved, the product design is more satisfied with the market demand, and the product market competitiveness is enhanced.
